A Saturday Night Blast For Young People,
While Parents Enjoy A Nite Out Together!
     

THE NEXT DATE FOR IT'S SATURDAY IGNITE LIVE IS... TO BE ANNOUNCED SOON LordsWay Baptist Church 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Doors Open At 5:30 PM)

One Saturday night each month, LordsWay Baptist Church does something extra special for both the youth and their parents!  It's called "IT'S SATURDAY IGNITE LIVE" and not only is it a major blast for young people, but it's also an opportunity for parents to take the night off and go do something special for themselves as well!

Parents can drop the kids off at the church themselves, or they can call the church (390-LORD) and arrange for someone from the church to come and get them!  The doors open at 5:30 PM, so that's usually plenty of time for parents to still go out and have dinner before the movie starts or they go do whatever else they choose to do.

From 5:30 until 6:00 PM, kids are arriving and have a chance to meet and just hang out together.  The activities themselves at the church get underway at 6:00 PM, and last until 10:00 PM. 

Parents don't have to worry about feeding their kids either, because different families in the church volunteer to cook and FEED THE KIDS FOR FREE!!!   Pizza, burgers, sloppy joes, hot dogs, sandwiches, cookies, chips, chili, soups -- good stuff that kids like to eat.  It's something good and different every time, but the food and fellowship is just the start.

If you watch SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE on TV, then you know that they have skits and music, and that sort of stuff.  But at LordsWay Baptist Church, we take our IT'S SATURDAY IGNITE LIVE and kick it up to another whole new level.

Not only do we have the praise music of our praise band CrossTied™, but the kids sing and pretend they're right along in the band too.  We have all sorts of fun games.  We have teen Bible study.  We have skits.  Sometimes we have Christian comedy.  We watch special movies.  We laugh.  We pray.  Sometimes, we'll do something extra special like shoot fireworks.  Yes, we do have fun and talk about silly things.  But we also find time to talk about serious things as well. It's not exactly a worship service -- although we do worship God at IGNITE.  It's more like a Christian youth outing.  An opportunity for your young people to come and get comfortable with our church.  A time for our youth leaders to get to know your young people better.  We make it pure Christian fun!!!

While IT'S SATURDAY IGNITE LIVE is primarily
age targeted
for Middle School, High School and Up,
we also welcome younger children in
Primary, Elementary & Intermediate Grade Levels too
and will have special activities for them as well.
ALL YOUNG PEOPLE HAVE FUN AT LORDSWAY BAPTIST!
IT'S AN EXCITING PLACE TO COME AND WORSHIP GOD!!!
